Description:The Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Information Technology (IT) and One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) organization is seeking a strong, results-oriented thought leader to assume a role in the Strategy & Business Engagement (S&BE) organization. S&BE is chartered with the strategic definition of Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS)Transformation (IT & 1LMX). We serve as primary liaison and strategic transformation partner to the RMS Lines of Business, Market Segments, Programs to provide innovative transformation and technology solutions to deliver key results and competitive advantage.

The selected candidate will serve as a Market Segment Lead (MSL) Transformation Business Partner (TBP) supporting one or multiple Market Segment Senior Leadership Team(s) (SLTs) across our RMS line of businesses. In this capacity, the selected leader will serve as an interface and strategic partner to enable a business aligned strategy and roadmap, whereby innovative, game changing capabilities will be brought to bear in support of the portfolio of programs. The selected leader will partner closely with the IT and 1LMX organizations to ensure business and transformation initiatives are aligned in support of one common goal: delivering enhanced capabilities to the business while increasing value delivery to our customers.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

- Engage with the RMS LoB SLT for one or more LoB Market Segments.
- Build highly effective relationships with key stakeholders (cross-organizational boundaries) to identify value-creating opportunities; a trusted partner.
- Drive continuous enhancement and evolution of a business-aligned, integrated information technology / 1LMX strategy for the Market Segment, including 1LMX priority program success measures, adoptions roadmaps, reporting, etc.
- Facilitate the delivery of a multi-tiered communications, outreach, and user experience strategy to drive awareness and adoption of key IT and 1LMX capabilities across the business.
- Create a growth mindset culture focused on continuous improvement, where process modernization / reinvention and agile business practices are at the center of every engagement.
- Collaborating with the business partner / engagement team to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency to drive horizontal integration across IT and 1LMX to ensure the business’s toughest challenges are understood and solutioned expeditiously.
- Enhance partnership with the RMS Business Development team to drive early insertion into new business pursuits, providing increased opportunity for IT / 1LMX capabilities to act as competitive discriminators for future business captures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leading large scale cross-functional and/or cross-LOB initiatives.
- Proven program or project management / programmatic experience, with a strong understanding of common program management techniques and metrics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, or exposure to 1LMX.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex topics confidently to senior executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams with broad scope of work.
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with individuals of all levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the Information Technology domain.
- Prior experience in Program Management, Business Development, or supporting functions in any RMS LOB.
- Knowledge of the RMS business, including LOB strategies and key programs / pursuits.
- Experience with driving 1LMX transformation in critical captures/proposals and/or programs of record.
- Prior agile experience (e.g. RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) considered a plus.
- Experience with change management & learning.
- Experience with business transformation.
- Experience with business process re-engineering.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
