IV Therapy Care is looking to grow their leadership team! We are in search of a supervisor to work independently while collaborating with the department manager to oversee a team of approximately 19 Registered Nurses.

This is also a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a leadership role to help elevate the practice within the department but still stay close to the bedside.

What you will do:

Full Time, 72 hours every two week8-hour shifts for supervisor work and 12-hour shifts for staffing. Flexible hours based on staffing needs and active projects.No scheduled weekends or holiday’s but will support department staffing needs which may include some weekends and holidays.Working Supervisor: Typically scheduled two 12-hour shifts on the floor per pay period along with six 8-hour shifts that are scheduled office hours.This role will focus primarily on the day-to-day department operations with such things as scheduling, staffing, RL 6’s, working with PDN’s, interview and hire RN’s, staff meetings and being a liaison to other departments

What you need:

Minimum of an Associate Degree in NursingRN license to work in WisconsinBLS for healthcare providers3 years minimum RN experience. Vascular access and PICC line placement experience preferred.
