The OHSU Clinical registered nurse (RN) provides compassionate, evidence-based, and efficient care to individuals, families, communities and patient populations. OHSU Specialty Critical Care Float Pool nurses provide high-quality, innovative and compassionate family-centered nursing care. Critical Care Float Pool nurses support adult critical care units and individually selected additional units [such as Emergency Department (ED), Emergency Observation Unit (ED Obs) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)  Critical Care Float Pool nurses support these units for selected planned and unplanned absences and for other staffing deficits. Critical Care Float Pool nurses may staff overflow area as patient care needs arise—typically located in South PACU.

Function/Duties of Position

$49.16 - $78.18 per hour, depending on degree and experience

Hiring Bonus up to $12,000 DOE and Relocation Package Available.

Must start by July 1, 2024 to qualify.
