UPMC Western Maryland’s High-Level Care team is excited to welcome caring and dedicated Professional Staff Nurses to our department!

 

The High-Level Care Unit is a 28 bed step down unit specializing in trauma, strokes, peritoneal dialysis, and intermediate care. We are looking for full-time RNs to work 36 hours per week, including shifts every other weekend and holiday. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply!

Eligible RNs may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 with a two-year commitment!

 

In this role, you’ll set high standards for patient care and take charge of nursing care with responsibility and accountability. You’ll use your judgment, communication, and teamwork skills to care for patients and their families. This position involves leadership, partnership, and supervision, and you’ll work closely with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve the best outcomes. We’re looking for someone who is committed to the community and passionate about the nursing profession.
