Clinical Nurse Coordinator, PCU Progressive Unit
Full Time (40 hrs/week), Nights

Where You'll Be:
The Progressive Care Unit, also known as PCU, is a 32-bed intermediate level of care unit between the Inpatient Units and the Critical Care units. While the unit specializes in cardiovascular care nurses will encounter a variety of diagnoses, such as CHF, dysrhythmias, DKA, respiratory issues, sepsis, etc. While working closely with an interdisciplinary team, nurses provide excellent care for a high acuity-based population. PCU is a great place for nurses to cultivate and expand their assessment skills while managing several drips and other specialized procedures. New Graduate RNs and LPNs are welcome.
What You'll Do:
In this role, the Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the department Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing services of the unit. Collaborates with Quality Manager to support quality initiatives and performance improvement activities.
What You Need:
Graduate of approved nursing program (BSN)
Current Indiana/multistate RN license (Required)
BLS for Healthcare Providers (Required)
Minimum one (1) year nursing experience (Required)
Prior Charge Nurse experience (Preferred)
