The RN is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.
Nurses in our float pool serve patients on the following units:
ER ICU (those that are trained) Ambulatory Care Department Med/Surg Women and Children’sSchedule:
60 hours every 2 weeks Rotating day, evening and night shifts 12 hour shifts Every 3rd weekend Rotating holidaysPay and Benefits:
Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $38.12 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $38.45 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $40.37 per hour Pay range: $38.12 - $57.72 per hour $3,500 Hiring bonus! $5,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)! Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure in the State of Minnesota. New grads welcome! We offer a Nurse Residency Program, partnered with St. Cloud Hospital, for your first year along with a monthly mentorship program.*To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
**Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
