The Licensed Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. In collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team, administers an individualized, comprehensive and Resident centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator, Administrator, Director of Clinical Services, Primary Care Nurse or Resident.

Required Qualifications:
Degree in nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Education & Training: 1 year of LTC geriatric experience. 5 Center Primary Nurse: Teaching experience.Preferred Qualifications:
In Long Term care. Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC’s). Experience with an interdisciplinary team. 5 Center Primary Nurse: 3 years of direct care experience. 5 Center Primary Nurse: MDS/RAI experience.Why Join Providence?
