Read more about us at venicefamilyclinic.org   Come join our Venice Family Clinic team as a Registered Nurse (RN). Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, the RN will: Provide direct nursing services to patients (adults and children) in our free, community-based primary health care clinic(s) in Los Angeles County. Prepare patients for medical examination including taking medical history, performing health screening tests, lab tests, giving injections and emergency procedures when necessary. Provide health education and health assessments.  Triage medical problems, assist with dispensing of medications, and provide nursing consultation. Help oversee the medical assistants, volunteer student RN’s, CMA’s, medical students and clinic assistants. Participate in meetings, projects, quality assurance activities, and other duties as needed. May float to our other sites in LA County as needed and help with coverage.  Complete other duties as assigned within scope of practice.

Salary range: $59.46 – $88.39 Hourly
