THE UNIT:
Allegheny General’s 5C is a 30 bed medical telemetry unit
The diagnosis range from heart failure to G.I. bleeds. This is a very fast-paced unit and teamwork is a must. Diverse patient population

Post Ventilator Patient
3% turnover
CHF Exacerbation
Altered Mental Status
Dyspnea, SOB

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
CPR certification
Minimum one year RN experience
1st preference to employee on current night schedule on unit
2nd preference to employee on current unit
