JOB SUMMARY The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team, responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process to the identified patients in the scope of service. The Infusion Center at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center is an outpatient center which cares primarily for patients ages 15 to adult and who require hematology or oncology services. The RN will be responsible for treatments including: therapeutic phlebotomies, chemotherapy, infusions, antibiotic/hydration infusions, transfusion of blood products, maintenance care of central lines and administration of intramuscular medications.
