We are looking for **Registered Nurses** to join our team in **McMinnville, Oregon!** **Salary (Union Pay Scale)** $37-$61.53 per hour based on experience! 7pm-7:30am - x3 shifts per week OR 7am-7:30pm x3 shifts per week **Shift Differentials** Night Shift Differential: $6.50 per hour Weekend Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour **Requirements** - Unencumbered RN Oregon state license. - Acute Care/Med Surg experience (preferred). Open to LTC, Hospice, or similar background. - At least 1 year of experience as an RN. - BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire) **Job Duties** - Exhibits proficiency in utilizing the Nursing Process for diverse age groups, including Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. - Meticulously documents in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital requirements. - Engages in the prudent management of healthcare resources. - Commits to maintaining clinical competency and ongoing professional growth. - Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills within a clinical setting. - Capable of working various shifts and days. - Actively contributes to patient care and satisfaction improvement projects and initiatives.
