Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical operations for all nursing support activities. The RN will be responsible for ensuring all licensing and certification criteria are met, maintaining nursing personnel files, and assisting with the review and revision of clinical policies and procedures. This role requires effective management of staffing and operating costs within budgetary parameters, as well as participating in the recruitment and interviewing of nursing personnel. The RN will also perform tasks assigned to staff nurses as necessary and ensure clinical operations align with organizational objectives.

ResponsibilitiesOversee clinical operations for all nursing support activities.Establish and maintain nursing personnel files.Ensure all licensing and certification criteria are met.Assist with the review and revision of clinical policies and procedures.Ensure adequate staffing and Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) for assigned clinics.Maintain effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs within budgetary parameters.Participate in the interviewing and recruiting of nursing personnel.Perform tasks assigned to staff nurses as necessary.Demonstrate knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedule and coordinate employee staffing, including vacations, sick leave, and overtime.Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures.Direct the correct use of charge codes and coordinate education of all staff in correct procedures per reimbursement guidelines.Develop new services and activities for patients, families, and staff in accordance with practice service objectives.Essential SkillsRN licenseBS degreeExperience in healthcare and patient careKnowledge of clinical researchAdditional Skills & QualificationsExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsProficiency in managing clinical operations and staffingStrong understanding of labor lawsWork Environment

This role is based in an office setting with a supportive team culture. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekends or holidays. Employees enjoy 4 weeks of PTO, with two floating days. The environment promotes growth and focuses on improving patient satisfaction and employee wellness. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement up to $3,000.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $83000.00
