Key Responsibilities: + Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care throughout the perioperative experience. + Act as the primary patient advocate, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of patients during surgery. + Collaborate with surgical teams to manage the sterile field, equipment, and supplies. + Monitor vital signs and support patients through anesthesia and surgical interventions. + Maintain a thorough understanding of surgical procedures and potential complications. + Document all patient care activities accurately and timely to ensure a comprehensive record. Qualifications: + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in (State) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. + Minimum of (X years) experience in an Operating Room setting, with a focus on circulating duties. + Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. + Certification in the Operating Room (CNOR) is a plus.
