The ED - RN will have the opportunity to provide care to patients of all ages in multiple settings. ED-RN cares for patients of all ages in a fast paced Emergency Department. Position will assist in the educational activities of the nursing services departments. Provides and coordinates quality care for patients of all ages in the emergency and non-emergency care settings, along with physicians, ancillary departments, and co-workers. **EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE:** Associate degree or above in nursing. Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program preferred. Six months RN experience required to work in the Emergency Department. One-year experience with cardiac monitoring is preferred. **CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:** Current Iowa RN license. Current certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP and Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting or obtaining according to hospital Education Policy.
