Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ED) is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma. The RN triages patients, assesses their condition, administers medications and treatments, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, technicians, and support staff, and ensures timely interventions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The RN also monitors patient progress, educates patients and families on health management, and maintains accurate documentation in compliance with hospital protocols and regulations. This role requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering high-quality care.
As an RN at Arizona General Hospital you will assess patient/family health problems and resources implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values. Qualifications
Minimum:
