RN- Acute Care PRN Plains, MT Part Time Acute Care Mid Level Position: Registered Nurse - PRN Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Care team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This position provides an opportunity to work in a variety of acute care areas, including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, and SWB, with the expectation to be competent in all areas after orientation. Key Responsibilities: + Medication & Treatment Administration:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, within scope of practice, and notify providers when needed. + Documentation:Accurately and promptly document patient care in the electronic health record. + Patient Education & Care Plans:Initiate and participate in the development of individualized care plans and patient education. + Care Plan Management:Tailor and manage care plans according to individual patient needs. + Competency:Maintain required competencies within your scope of practice. + Standards Compliance:Follow all standards relevant to your area of work. Qualifications: + Education:Graduate of an accredited nursing program. + Licensure:Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Montana State Board of Nursing. + Certifications: + BLS (Basic Life Support) required. + ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) within 90 days of hire. + PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 90 days of hire. + TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred. + NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification upon completion of labor and delivery competency. + STABLE certification preferred for Labor and Delivery. Schedule: + Schedule:PRN (as-needed).
