80% FTE, day shift. No weekends. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at the University Ave. Rehabilitation Clinic located in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to: 

Collaborate with an industry-leading clinical team and provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing support to patients who seek care at the UW Health Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic.  Utilize critical thinking skills while performing telephone triage, MyChart triage, in-basket management, care coordination and patient education. Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence by assisting physical medicine providers with procedures and providing direct patient care including sterile procedures, education, and wound management to patients needing physical and neurological rehabilitation. Be part of a team of world-class UW Health nurses that collaborates with UW orthopedics, prosthetics, therapy teams, and orthotics to help disabled patients maximize their function and improve their quality of life.
