RN Ambulatory Team Lead - Pediatrics, OBGYN and Internal Medicine

On our team, you will provide stellar care to patients assigned to your unit.

A caregiver in this position works from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings.  Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned employees and patients to ensure quality and safe care.  Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues in specified clinical area.Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, patient experience, and patient safety.Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA)Two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience

Physical Requirements:
