On our team, you will provide stellar care to patients assigned to your unit. **A caregiver in this position works from 8:30AM - 5:00PM.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings. + Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned employees and patients to ensure quality and safe care. + Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues in specified clinical area. + Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. + Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, patient experience, and patient safety. + Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) + Two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) + Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
