+ 24/7 specially equipped medical transport helicopter
**LKMC** is also proud to be the only hospital in the Florida Keys that offers labor and delivery services. We also offer physical therapy in Key West using a multi-joint strength system, in addition to other innovative systems and equipment for customized rehabilitation.

+ Evaluate assigned patients and plans, implement and document nursing care.
+ You will assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
+ Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice of the Registered Nurse.
+ Promoting patients' independence by establishing patient care goals, and teaching the patients and their families to understand the conditions, medications, and self-care skills needed.
+ You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
+ A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
+ Typically you will report to a manager or head of the unit/department.

+ An Associate’s Degree and certification as an RN, in Florida
+ Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
+ Two years of experience is preferred but not required.
