Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care. **We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group –Infectious Disease Clinic!** The Infectious Diseases Nurse delivers the course of care and treatment as determined by the Infectious Diseases physicians. They provide triage services in an outpatient clinic setting. Services are provided by anticipating needs, providing and managing care, under general direction of physician team. Additionally, they navigate the patient's care collaboratively across multiple disciplines, departments, outside agencies, and providers within the system to achieve seamless patient care. The Infectious Disease Nurse takes a leadership role and collaborates with the multiple-disciplinary care team and other caregivers to meet specific goals. They will track time-sensitive labs for all OPAT patients and expedites results to the provider/care team as appropriate. They ensure the patient has full access to the services and support resources as needed. **SCHEDULE:** Monday – Friday 8-5 *****Possibility of working 4 10 hr shifts** **General Requirements:** + Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. **Education:** + An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE **License/Certification:** + Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date. + Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire. + All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date. + Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire + Must obtain ACLS within 6 months IGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS: When Saint Alphonsus takes care of you, you can take better care of our patients.
