Hours: 7a-7:30p 3 days/week

What you will do:

Assist individuals with disability and/or chronic illness to attain and maintain maximum function.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients in adapting to an altered lifestyle, while providing a therapeutic environment for patients and their families.Design and implement treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psychosocial and spiritual health.The RN will be trained to perform complex patient assessments, complex medical interventions relevant to their unit (ie. IVP meds, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, ventilators, telemetry, chest tubes, tracheostomy care and weaning, tube feedings…).


What you will need:

New York State RN LicenseAssociates Degree in Nursing. BSN PreferredStrong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while working in a fast paced environmentCritical thinking and problem solving skillsPassion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field

Self-Scheduling! Only work 3 weekend shifts per 6 week time block (Sat OR Sun)

Pay Range:$35.00 - $47.75 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
