Job Description
The RN will assist the provider throughout the clinic with a variety of duties including accurately recording patient history, retrieving initial patient condition, and creating nursing history to report to the appropriate practitioner. The RN will also monitor and ensure the accuracy of patient medical records and maintain all required reports, records, and statistics. Additionally, the RN will ensure an adequate stock of supplies and well-maintained equipment, inspect the area daily for compliance with policies and regulations, schedule outside patient appointments, take calls from hospitals and nursing homes, relay test results to patients, complete medical orientation checklists, and initiate appropriate patient education.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
