RN Care Coordinator, Immediate Care Center

Position Highlights:

RN Care Coordinator - Immediate Care Center Hourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36.00 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Kildeer, ILFull time, 36 hrs./weekDays and Evening, Weekend as needed

What you will need:

Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursingCurrent licensure to practice nursing in the State of IllinoisCurrent CPR certification from the American Heart Association
