RN Case Manager
In-person RN Case Manager Hiring Now Job Description We are seeking a diligent and compassionate RN Coordinator to manage in-patient admissions in Century City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for patients, managing medical records, and providing excellent customer service to patients, case managers, and physicians. Responsibilities + Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (must be available to work a Saturday if needed) + Post acute care (brain, spine, and limb) + Hospital experience preferred. + Working directly under an RN Case Manager + EMR system (Epic) + Assisting a caseload of 15 – 20 patients + Not directly implementing plans but acting as a liaison for the RN. + Prior authorizations + Coordinating appointments + In patient care + Check in patients upon arrival. + Scan and manage medical records. + Guide patients through the admissions questionnaire. + Answer inbound calls from patients, case managers, and physicians. + Review referrals, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations. + Enter patient demographics into the system. Essential Skills + Bachelors in Nursing + Onsite availability. + 1 year of case management experience. + Experience in admissions, customer service, and administration. + Proficiency with EPIC (preferred). + At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting. + Healthcare experience is a must. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. + Exceptional attention to detail. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Permanent position based out of Century City, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
