Provides recognition and critical performance feedback to staff. + Completes Annual Performance Evaluations. + Approves time off requests; completes Kronos timecard reconciliation and sign off. + Supervise and plan work of assigned staff.. Administer prescribed medications or starts intravenous fluids, and notes times and amounts on clients' charts. + Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client care plans. + Maintain accurate, detailed reports and client records. + Modify client treatment plans as indicated by clients' responses and conditions.. Monitor all aspects of client care, including diet and physical activity. + Observe nurses and visit clients to ensure that proper nursing care is provided.. Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in clients' conditions. + Prepare clients for, and assists with, examinations and treatments. + Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.
