This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. **Essential Functions of the Role** + You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices. + You will check nursing procedures.
