Job Responsibilities:

Serve as an intermediary between operating room staff and other hospital departments to ensure seamless communicationEnsure the operating room is sterile and safe for each patientWork with scrub nurses to maintain a sterile field in the operating roomPrepare patients and operating room setup before surgical proceduresAssess and monitor the patient’s condition before and during surgery to support optimal outcomesCollaborate with physicians to develop and follow a comprehensive care planDemonstrate strong attention to detail and physical stamina, as this role requires the ability to handle long shifts

Requirements:

Current RN license in Oklahoma or Multistate CompactAssociate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)BLS certification (ACLS preferred)Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
