These are outpatient facilities.As a member of the float team, you can fill vital roles on assignments providing critical coverage for employees' leave of absences and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments. Be flexible, open to floating, confident in your abilities when given a short orientation to jumping right in to helpWhat you'll do:
Shifts and locations will vary at the clinics throughout San Diego.Provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice.Assessment, planning and implementing a plan of careEvaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.#LI-JP1

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
ADN or Nursing Diploma18 months of recent RN experience, 1 of which in an Outpatient, Clinic or Ambulatory care environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsMust be able to demonstrate positive behaviorsRequired Certification/Registration:
CA RN licenseBLS through American Heart AssociationPreferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
BSNEPIC experience2 years in outpatient setting - ED ok but prefer other outpatient settingsExperience with 2 providers with 15 patients per dayTravel Requirements:
