We have a unique and exciting opportunity at Eddy VNRA for an RN looking for a hybrid remote position to complete Drug Regime Review for Physical Therapy only cases.
NYS requires a nurse to review medications and reconcile these medications with the patient /caregiver and physician when an admit is completed by a Physical Therapist. Any changes throughout the care if nursing is not active is also reviewed and undated by the DRR nurse.
We are looking for a dynamic Nurse with the following skillset:
Ability to multitask by addressing multiple patients medicationsAttention to detail - Must Review meds, contact patient, make sure the patient/caregiver understands medication regime, and update med list if it does not reconcileExcellent communication skills - Must have close communication with the provider, the Therapist and the patientMust be organized, efficient with computers and be able to document calls in the EMR.EPIC and HIXNY knowledge is a plus!Understanding of the NYS regulations for a Certified Home Health Care.This position is full-time working Monday - Friday. Pay Range:
$33.10 - $47.15
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
