Provides data collection and on-site technical/system support. Assists users with troubleshooting and system navigation. Implements and evaluates clinical systems and services. Supports the market and all service lines within a region/ministry. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Provides hands-on EHR and clinical application support in a hospital or clinic environment. + Assists with promotion and adoption of clinical technologies that advance efficient practice and achieve desired outcomes. + Communicates clearly, openly and efficiently to insure correct use of the EHR and timely resolution of day-today issues including support of downtime processes. + Provides effective and efficient onsite or phone support to operation users, working days, evenings, and nights as needed. + Uses independent judgment daily to identify, prioritize and report issues to the TSC, leadership and the Epic EHR team. + Builds collaborative relationships by rounding and attending local meetings as requests. + Participates in and supports new department/clinic/hospital installations. + Collects data, information and knowledge in a systemic and on-going process, such as a needs assessment to refine an issue or problem. + Analyzes workflow to examine current practice, and the potential impact of a technology solution on that workflow. + Travels within organization as needed to provide onsite support. + Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. + Performs other duties as assigned. **EDUCATION** + Graduate of accredited nursing program **EXPERIENCE** + Two years' clinical work experience. + Two years’ experience in use or support of Epic or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. **CERTIFICATIONS** + Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Work Location or Compact Multi-State License **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** + Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. + Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. + Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. + Frequent keyboard use/data entry. + Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. + Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. + Rare climbing.
