The Clinical Manager is responsible for managing, directing and assigning Clinical Supervisors to specific client populations as necessary for client management including care coordination, orientation, clinical quality initiatives, and other duties as required by contract and/or programs.

Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)A minimum of two years of home care experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience preferredMust meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as requiredExperience in quality management and budget management preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills preferredDemonstrated leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training and employee development preferredExperience in regulatory audits such as The Joint Commission and ACHC or other required contracts preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is requiredProficiency in the English language is requiredCompensation Details:
