The position of RN Clinical Risk Management Nurse provides consultation, guidance, support, research, and analysis related to Clinical Risk Management for multiple long-term care center administrative teams. REQUIREMENTS + Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Maryland. + 5+ years of nursing supervisory experience, preferably in a Long Term Care setting, plus management training. + Knowledge of appropriate and current documentation practices related to risk management. + Ability to analyze complex clinical situations and appropriately address situations relating to people and conflict.
