What You’ll Do:
As the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (RN), you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standard of patient care. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
Lead Patient Care: Oversee and manage the care provided, ensuring patients receive diagnosis-specific behavioral health services at home.
Coordinate Care Teams: Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and external partners to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
Maintain Excellence: Ensure regulatory compliance and that care starts on time, while fostering clear communication across all team members.
Monitor & Adjust Care Plans: Regularly assess patient needs, approve care plans, and make necessary adjustments to deliver optimal outcomes.
Quality Control: Actively monitor and ensure the highest standard of care throughout every stage of the patient journey.
What You’ll Bring:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years as an RN in Home Health or Behavioral Health and 1+ year in a supervisory role.
Licensure: Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Workday, HomeCare HomeBase, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
