As an RN Coordinator at the Children’s Health Center, you’ll play a key role in our multi-specialty outpatient clinic — ensuring seamless patient care, case management, and helping deliver better health outcomes for every patient we serve. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide direct nursing care to patients and conduct comprehensive assessments, overseeing personalized care plans Oversee the treatment process, from initial referral to follow-up care, ensuring continuity and quality of service Provide education to patients and families Manage medical authorizations and referrals, prescriptions, advice messages, and scheduling of laboratory and diagnostic procedures to ensure timely access to care Act as a point of contact for cases requiring external collaboration

Salary Range: $59.46 – $88.39 Hourly
