Amergis Healthcare is hiring ICU RNs for a contract travel opportunity at a well respected teaching hospital in Burlington, MA.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted MA nursing license 2 years ICU experience EPIC experience preferred BLS and ACLSSchedule: Days and Nights available, every other weekend
36 hours, 7am – 7pm
36 hours, 7pm – 7am
*pay packages vary by shift
Job Duties:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition Collects, documents, analyzes, and interprets data and other information from healthcare team members Communicates nursing interventions, expected outcomes and the time frames for expected completion to other members of the hospital health care team Functions as a resource to the health care team members in planning for patient’s discharge Documents the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions Provides a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education Compares expected and actual outcomes of care and identifies deviation from the plan of care Adheres to facility/client policies, procedures and protocols at all times Performs other duties as assigned/necessaryAmergis proudly offers Weekly Pay, BCBS health benefits with Medical, Vision, and Dental options, Paid Time Off Programs, Perkspot Employee Discount Program, 401K Savings Plan, Employee Assistance and Work/Life Program including Counseling Services
