Modality RN Emergency Room Specialty Pediatric Emergency Department Specific Skills/Qualifications Needed 1 year recent experience (within 24 months) in specialty applying for TRAVEL ONLY, MORE THAN 50 MILES Pediatric ER RN No Local Travelers (Must live at least 50 miles away from facility.) MUST pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available in Simplify Library) 2 years of ED experience preferred (does NOT need to be pediatric specific) Copy of Diploma required BLS, ACLS, CPI*, PALS Required (*Can start with online CPI, then complete crisis prevention module from BSMH.) Required to work every other weekend and every other major holiday. 36 Hrs, 12-Hr Nights, 7:30p--8a Will accept approved covid declination Shift Nights Contract Length 13 weeks Hours per week 36 Local vs Travel Travel Only, must be over 50 miles Start Date Nursing : Every other Monday 1/6, 1/27, 2/10. 2/24, 3/10. 3/24. 4/7. 4/21, 5/5, 5/19, 6/2, 6/16, 7/7, 7/28, 8/11. 8/25, 9/8, 9/22, 10/6, 10/20, 11/3, 11/17, 12/1, 12/15 Allied : Any Day The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergentcritical care areas.
