Responsibilities Supervise and monitor care provided by HHAs.Conduct field visits to evaluate care quality.Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and provide leadership support as needed.Oversee training programs and professional development for HHAs.Ensure compliance with health standards and agency policies. Qualifications License:NJ RN licenseEducation: BSN required.Experience: 2+ years homecare experience requiredSkills: Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.Other: Driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
