**WHAT YOU WILL DO** The Float Dialysis Nurse role offers a unique opportunity to travel across various locations, providing high-quality dialysis care to patients in need. As a Float Nurse, you will fill temporary staffing gaps, ensuring continuity of care and helping facilities maintain excellent patient outcomes. You will become a subject-matter expert and have a wide range of opportunities for career advancement. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience:** + Minimum of two (2) years of registered nurse experience. + One year dialysis nursing experience **Education** **:** + Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent **License/Certification** : + Current state RN licensure + Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required **Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** : + Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records + Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently + Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and satisfactory communicate in English + The ability to travel throughout the coverage area $42.14 to $64.96 The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
