RN for Nurse Assessments and 90 day Supervisory Visits in Home

As a PRN RN, you will periodically perform new clients assessments and 90 day supervisory visits.  Each visit lasts approximately 2 hours at an hourly rate of $39 per hour and time/day appointments are flexible based on your schedule.  

Responsibilities

Perform on site supervisory visits to assess client, family, environment, and clinical care givers and complete follow-up documentation For Companion and Sitter services, the supervisor performs supervisory home visits to each of the client’s residence at least every 90 days (or on complaint or staff needing additional training), and at least on some occasions when the employee is present and performing services Maintain compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and professional standards within the state of practice Maintain a professional demeanor consistent with registered nurse standards of practice


Requirements
 

Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor degree in nursing from state accredited RN program RN licensure in designated states as appropriate Valid Driver’s license and Acceptable MVR Clinical or other work experience as per state and/or federal laws and regulations

Physical Requirements
 

Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 25 pounds Must be able to lift 50 pounds Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting Must be able to sit and climb stairs Must have visual and hearing acuity Must have strong sense of smell and touch Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance Must be able to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or during transport Occasional rapid movement and physical agility in response to the spontaneity of children and those patients with neurological impairment


Environment
 

Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases
