MERCY HOSPITAL Oklahoma City Department: GIG Status: PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float Shift: Various Shifts Available #BeAMercyNurse Departments Utilizing GIG RNs: Med Surg: Main Hospital Night & Weekend Shifts (Priority) Regional Hospitals Day, Night & Weekend Shifts (Priority) ED: Regional Hospitals Night Shifts (Priority) Incentives: $40/hour + Variable Shift Incentive W-2 Employee Minimum 1 shift in 90 days 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available Overview: Are you seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse position? Ability to pick up day or night shift- whatever works best for you! No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. (Can select shifts in North OKC, South OKC, Guthrie, Watonga, Logan, Edmond, Kingfisher) Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Preferred Education: BSN Licensure: Is responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Experience: GIG Med Surg Experience Requirements: A minimum of one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med Surg is required. Additionally, candidates must have at least six months of Med Surg experience within the past year. GIG ED Experience Requirements: A minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience in the ED is required. Additionally, candidates must have at least six months of ED experience within the past year. Certifications: GIG Med Certification Requirements: BLS GIG ED Certification Requirements: BLS, ACLS, & ED Preferred Experience: Epic experience Mercy has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.
