he Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.
What You Will Do:
Collaborates with manager in the development of performance measurements for the Palliative Care Program to ensure continuous quality improvement; ensures implementationMotivates/supports employees for exemplary performance on internal and external customer service, productivity, and accuracyProvides statistical/budgetary data to appropriate Palliative care programWorks collaboratively with all departments to ensure execution of quality delivery of servicesMinimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved nursing education program.Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.CPR certificationHospice/Palliative Care certification preferred.Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills,Palliative Care experience, demonstrate ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skillsMust be able to work independently and on a teamAbility to perform diversified duties with time limitationsAbility to develop, coordinate and evaluate programs in Palliative care and end-of-life carePosition Highlights and Benefits:
