The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members. He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.

Required Qualifications: 

Degree/diploma from accredited school of nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire. 1 year of experience in acute care. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - BS Degree in nursing from accredited school of nursing with public health preparation. 3 years of experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility. Recent home health, acute or extended care experience
