Supervise your caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs and Home Health Aides, as we cultivate a team of caregivers. Active RN License in the State of service
One year RN nursing experience or three years LPN/LVN nursing experience providing direct patient care in a home care setting.
Current CPR Certification Required
Valid Driver's License
