Required qualifications:

Degree/Diploma from accredited school of nursing  Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.  This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications: 

BS Degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing with public health preparation 3 year experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility; or recent home health care, acute or extended care experience
