Provides quality care to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. The Behavioral Health Nurse functions as a consultant in the nursing assessment of patients who are managed by other disciplines in the department and coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team. Position includes responsibility for the assessment, treatment, and care of patients of all ages including adults and geriatric. The treatment of patients is individualized and reflects an understanding of the developmental needs and range of treatment requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Three to Five  (3-5) Years in Acute care or community behavioral health setting Community behavioral health and geriatric experience
