Responsibilities
Staff Nurses assesses patient/family health problems and resources takes a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care in Home Health. The RN provides professional nursing care and interventions to critically ill patient population(s). This position requires providing service to one or more age groups including ill children through geriatic patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual services. Our Staff Nurses are critical to the success of St. Joseph's Medical Center and require the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.  It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.

Qualifications
Minimum:Graduate of an RN School of Nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrent California RN LicenseCurrent BLS CardCurrent CA Driver's License and InsurancePreferred:One year recent acute care experience preferredBachelor degree in health related field preferredComputer literacy perferred
