Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Cape Cod, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Home Health RN to assist them on a contractual basis.
Details of the position include:
Position: RN – Home Health
Location: Cape Cod, MA
Start: 2-3 weeks upon offer
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 40, days, 8 hour shifts
Requirements:
Permanent MA RN license– at least 1 year of exp
– Home care & IV experience required
– computer skills required
– BLS required
The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.
Minimum Requirements:
