Schedule: Per Diem Day Shift

Required Qualifications: 

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree 2 years of full time experience practicing as a registered nurse in a Long Term Care, Medical/Surgical Unit, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility. 1 year of recent, hands-on technical clinical experience (occurring within the last three years) in a Medicare-certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management. Recent hands-on experience in wound care, venipuncture, ostomy, catheters, and feeding tubes. Rehab nursing experience. Experience working with an EMR system. Experience with office software programs including Outlook, Word, and/or Excel.
