This is Nate with Maxim Home Health, we are currently looking to identify nursing staff for Per Diem, Full Time and Part Time hours for a patient in Portland, ME. This patient has Acute Dystonia, Autism and a G-tube. This is an Adult patient that needs a nurse willing to work and communicate with this patient and family on a regular basis.

This is a special patient with everything going on, this patient is very smart and is verbal, they are extremely gifted in musical instruments, and loves to do activities! This would be a great patient to work with if you are looking for something easy at times and then difficult when things are tough for them!

We are looking to fully staff this patient quickly as possible, the family is very kind and strong advocates for them!
